Do you offer same-day delivery?
Our digital manga gets delivered to your email on the same day you buy it in the form of a download link that can expire after 30 days. However if you purchase a paperback or hardcover copy, processing before shipping usually takes 3-5 business days while priority shipping (in the US) May take 2-3 days. We’ve deduced the full waiting time to be 14 days.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
We currently only offer factory wrapped manga books. However, gift wrapping could become an option in the future.
Do you sell gift cards?
We currently sell gift cards from $25 to $100. You also have the option to pick your own amount! All gift cards will be delivered to your email or to the person you plan on gifting it to through email.
What comes with the Manga Loyalty Program?
What currently comes with the Manga Loyalty Program is that you'll get to collect points towards coupons and deals not used by anyone else along with monthly secret coupons for upcoming manga releases. You'll also be the first to know about any manga releases before the public along with access to the first chapter of each manga. Click here for more information on our loyalty program!
Are there physical copies of these manga? If so where can I buy them?
You can purchase these copies through our link that will lead you to an order page through our partner Peecho. You can also order a copy through our Amazon sellers page.
How long will it take for me to receive my poster?
If you live in the United States, depending on your area it can take a total of 3-7 business days for shipping and processing. For those that live Internationally, depending on what country you live in, could take a total of 7-14 days for shipping and processing.
How will we receive updates about new content, products and projects?
You can sign up for email updates through the subscribe section on the home page or you can sign up to become a member of the website for free and share your own work to the site while receiving updates through our studio blog.
Will there be any more manga in production after your first launch?
Absolutely! We have many more one shots to release along with light novels and ongoing manga projects that will be released in due time. Announcements for the release of each project will be shared to our studio blog.
Will there be ongoing manga available to read?
Yes! We currently have ongoing manga projects in production for The Overseer’s universe. Our ongoing manga series’s will be heavily focused on one universe instead of utilizing multiverse’s in order to keep each story and character, consistent.
When will CHARCOAL Studios be uploading animations?
We’re working our way up towards creating weekly animated content as soon as possible, but for now we will be uploading every other week due to the size of our team.
Will CHARCOAL Studios upload animated series(s)?
Yes! Once our ongoing manga series have completed an animated series based off that manga will be produced under our studio. Release Date announcements will be posted to our studio blog, Instagram and YouTube channel!
Will CHARCOAL Studios upload more Mini Comics?
Yes! We’ll be producing more mini comic along with comic dubs as many times throughout the month as possible. We’ll be sharing updates within the Mini Comic page, our Instagram and our YouTube channel!
Will there be games available on the site?
Yes. When we have our next site update we plan on allowing users to not only play games on our site but also purchase games on our site. We also plan on publishing our games through Steam Direct in the near future.
Can we post our own games as site members?
Yes! You can upload your games to the site through the shared member gallery using the #game tag.
